LG Ladakh grants one month time to taxi operators for installing VLTD

Excelsior Correspondent LEH, Oct 8: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, today asked the taxi operators to install Vehicle Location Tracking Devices (VLTD) as mandated by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), within one month time.
